Residents are also invited to attend the City Commission’s monthly meetings, held on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:00–7:00 PM, to learn more about current issues, projects, and decisions impacting Valley Springs and its residents.

If you would like to address the Mayor and Board of Commissioners during a meeting, please email vspringscity@alliancecom.net in advance so your item can be added to the meeting agenda and adequate time can be provided for discussion. Residents wishing to speak should plan accordingly, as speaking time may be limited to approximately 2–3 minutes per person, depending on the meeting agenda and number of topics being addressed. This helps ensure all residents have an opportunity to share their thoughts while allowing the meeting to remain organized and respectful of everyone’s time.

Information regarding upcoming and previous Commission Meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes, can be found on the "Agenda and Minutes" page under the "Government" tab. Meeting agendas are posted at least 24 hours prior to each Commission Meeting, and approved meeting minutes will be made available within 48 hours following each meeting.
